Frelorn, one of Turbine’s LotRO community managers, posted a big list of upcoming PvMP changes today.
I’m not a big PvMP player, so it’s very difficult for me to say how good most of this is. The general concensus on the forums seems to be that this is a step in the right direction, but that Creeps (monster players) are still underpowered.
Frelorn was quick to point out that this is not the full list of changes coming in Book 7 for PvMP, but rather just a portion. You can read the full list below.

Late last night, Tubine’s Zombie Columbus posted a big update on trait and skill changes for the Rune-keeper that are currently being tested for Book 7. He notes that changes to legacies, the ranged slot item and consumables are not included in this list. Testing will likely reduce the final list of changes, but for now this is what is being worked with:
