Ah, this happened to me the other day for the Burglar Addle cooldown legacy. I had 10 points left over after fully levelling it again, and just assumed that I’d had none beforehand, and that the next tier was only saving me 10 points.
If I’d bothered to think about it any more I’d have realised that something wasn’t quite right!
