Everybody knows that DDO wasn't doing so well and bearing in mind what happened to Tabula Rasa and the The Matrix online this could have meant end of game. The fact that Turbine were prepared to invest more money to convert the game to a new business model indicates a long term commitment to keeping their games going. Personally I think this is a welcome move.
