The Rest of The World) is really getting out of hand. I'm aware that for reasons best known to themselves, Turbine have in effect dumped LOTRO outside the States onto third-party providers, but they might at least have made sure that a rough parity is maintained as far as the provision of goods and services is concerned. Those familiar with the history of the computer age may care to remember that Apple showed a similar indifference, verging on contempt, for its non-USA customers, with the result that they very nearly lost the European market completely - in fact, for the better part of a decade they barely had a European market...
