With the announcement of Bullroarer, Turbine has also finally posted the notes for the upcoming Book 7 patch. They also note the following: “Please keep in mind that these release notes are intended to accompany the release of Book 7 on Bullroarer, our public test server, and are subject to change!”
The patch notes are incredibly long and Turbine has broken it up Wiki-style in their Lorebook: link to Book 7 patch notes.
