With Mines of Moria only a few days away, I was wondering what other players were planning on doing.

I have a single Level 50 character, a Man Champion. While I’m far from being up to date on my book quests (I’ve still not even finished Book 5.5… I’m that lame), I still can’t wait to just start Volume 2 and head into Moria.

Still part of me wonders if I should just finish Volume 1 first. I’m anticipating that there will be a rush of people in my situation, between those who are finally catching up, recent subscribers and those who are returning to the game after leaving. Grouping shouldn’t be a big deal.

Of course, on the flipside are the two new classes. I could jump into those right away (although I still haven’t decided which one … I was initially more interested in the Rune-keeper, but as time went on they both seemed fun). I think more than likely I’ll create a couple, play a few levels to get the feel of them and then concentrate on my Champ again. I feel like I’ve been waiting too damn long to get into Moria. The thought of waiting even longer seems kind of excruciating :) .

So how about everyone else? New characters or just getting into Moria as soon as possible?

I’m going to the ettenmoors for a surprise attack on a keep.   Me and my friend are going to roll rangers and ninja Isendeep.  Should be funny because you know there are those dedicated Monster Players who will be trying out their new skills and all. :)

Ha, the Ettenmoors totally slipped my mind. Sounds evil :P
