I find it kind of unbelievable, but the area didn’t even exist upon launch and was added as a free content update. Turbine has really been exceptional as far as that stuff goes.
Not too much in the way of news flowing out of Turbine today. Still, with Mines of Moria only two weeks away as of today it’s hard to not be excited (and I imagine news frequency will continue to increase as we get closer; last week was almost too much at once). I’ve not been able to provide much in the way of exclusive coverage of the expansion, unfortunately, but I would definitely suggest checking out LotRO Life for that.
They have some exclusive screen shots from the game, guides to classes, images of equipment sets and so forth. Obviously this stuff is beyond spoilerish, but if you don’t mind that go ahead and check it out. They’ve been doing a very nice job covering these aspects of the game so far.
