There’s also a game of tag going in the ruins by the festival grounds — not sure if that’s always there, or just during festival time.

In response to Holly’s statement, the tag is there all the time. Very few people actually know about it, though. My kin and a couple others went over and used it for a kin festival which included tag and horse races. The tag is actually kinda fun if you have enough people.

If you exchange for the horse in the horsefields, you will only need 6 fall festival tokens. If you exchange at the Festival grounds, you’ll need 12.

Morgo: Hm, that’s interesting. I’ll have to add that to the post. It’s definitely a lot easier to get 6 than 12.

Morgo,
Can you be a bit more specific on where in the Horsefields the NPC that only wants 6 tokens for a Fall Horse is?
I wandered around the soccer field/Polo grounds looking thing, the tag guy Tad Hollyway, and just generally wandered about, but no luck finding anyone to turn anything into.
You pulling our leg? Got a loc?
Thanks,
Tavern

The bartering NPC (Cam Applewood at 22.4S, 52.3W) is actually up by the stables in Hangstacer Farm where you first get your horse. He’s not on the actual festival grounds.
You need to turn in your horse for a receipt like you would to trade for any horse. He then allows you to trade for a Harvestmath horse/pony for 1 purchase of receipt, 1 festival run token and 6 Fall festival tokens.
I always found trading confusing, but it does work. It’s how I got my Harvestmath horse.
