Book 14 seems to have brought a bunch of problems along with it, unfortunately. While I’ve enjoyed the additions (and the Summer Festival) thus far, it’s hard not to think that these problems have cast a shadow over the latest patch.
Now it appears that there are new Auction House issues. Namely, you can only currently search for items without a space in their name. Considering a majority of items are more than one word, it’s a pretty common issue.
Turbine is working to rectify the issue currently, but offers this advice:
A temporary workaround, while we investigate the issue, is to drag the item you want to search for into the “Item Name” field. This will paste the full name, including spaces.
Unfortunately this only really helps when you want to price items you already have.
That said, Turbine has been pretty quick to get fixes for each of these problems out. I certainly would have preferred these things didn’t happen (as would the developers, haha), but I guess any MMORPG is bound to have a problem like this sooner or later. Frankly, I’m kind of surprised it’s taken this long for something of this sort to happen.
Here’s hoping this gets fixed soon and that it’s the end of the problem.
